Ross Kees, DC, CSCS
"Don't let pain hold you back from the things you love!" Pain is often a sign of movement inefficiency and compensation; Doctor Ross uses the concept of "Assess, Treat, Load" to offer his patients an effective, and active solution to their movement dysfunctions and/or pain: Assess - assess patient movements; Treat - treat with a combination of joint mobilizations and/or soft tissue mobilization/stimulation; Load - load the tissue with weighted movements.
Doctor Ross graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University (Bloomington, MN), with his Doctorate of Chiropractic, November 2015. During his final year in chiropractic school, Ross interned under the University of Minnesota athletics' staff chiropractor, as well as under the Tennessee Titans' chiropractor. These internships allowed Ross to become more specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of soft tissue and sport injury. Ross is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and has certifications in Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab (FAKTR) , Active Release Technique (ART), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and dry needling.
Prior to beginning chiropractic school, Ross received his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from St. Cloud State University (St. Cloud, MN) where he also played collegiate football.
